In SoundBliss, we engage Hatha Yoga with 'Live' Holistic music in an ambient enviroment suffuse with pure vibes to help unleash your potential to strike and adapt to specific therapeutic yoga pose with grace and ease through the touch of holistic rhythm.

The awareness of the co-relationship between the 5Elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether) and your being through the facilitation of the ancient art of yoga and music will help you develop and harness the positive energies of the elements to achieve the wellbeing of your body, mind & spirit.

Taught by experience and accredited teacher with the music offerings by SoundBliss musicians in small-individualized classes, the postures and music are personally adapted to specific elements for your Holistic Wellbeing.


What it's about?
5 Elements Yoga Vibes is not about twisting your body into amazing pretzel poses. It is a non-competitive, mind-body work out to relax, rejuvenate and restore your body and spirit.

Linking body and mind in conscious movement, via breath in a dynamic practice of yoga postures with the positive vibes of Holistic music; 5Elements Yoga Vibes teaches the Asana( Yogic postures), relaxation and Creative Visualization with the Sound of Bliss.
